A Letter of Wishes can record personal preferences and practical guidance for your executors, trustees or family. It supports your Will but does not replace it or change its legal effect.
It can be prepared as a standalone document if you already have a Will, or prepared alongside a new Elephant Legal Will at no additional charge.
