How Fast Track Works

Clear instructions, careful review, and focused progress without unnecessary meetings.

How Fast Track works

Fast Track is designed for people who already have a clear sense of what they want to put in place.

It offers a structured way to submit your instructions, followed by a careful professional review to ensure everything works as intended. The process is efficient and focused, without losing the care or attention that matters when preparing important documents.

You won’t need to attend a meeting unless it becomes clear that further discussion would be helpful. Instead, the work is guided through clear forms, written feedback, and review, allowing your wishes to be shaped and checked in a straightforward, individual way, so you can move forward at a pace that suits you.

Pricing and how this works

Fast Track begins with an initial fee of £60. This covers the review of your instructions, any clarification needed, and the preparation of your draft will.

The total cost for this service is £190. Once your instructions are clear and the scope of work has been agreed, the remaining balance of £130 becomes payable before your draft is issued.

You will always be told the full cost in advance, including any additional services, before any further work is carried out.

Your journey with Fast Track

1. Getting started

Once you choose Fast Track, we confirm the details and make sure everything needed to begin is in place.

You’ll receive clear information about the process, pricing, and what to expect, along with the necessary client care documents. Identity checks are completed so the matter can proceed securely and properly.

Nothing is drafted at this stage — it’s about setting the foundations correctly.

2. Sharing your instructions

You’ll complete a clear, structured form to set out your wishes in your own words.

Guidance is built in, and if anything needs clarification, we’ll come back to you in writing.

An initial fee is taken once your details and instructions are submitted. This secures the time and professional review needed to consider your wishes carefully.

Once your instructions are clear and the scope of work is agreed, the total fee is confirmed, including any additional work required to properly reflect your wishes.

3. Review and drafting

Once the scope and total agreed fee are confirmed, payment is requested.

Drafting begins once payment has been received.

Your instructions are then prepared carefully into a draft will that reflects what has been agreed, ready for you to review.

4. Finalising and completion

You’ll have the opportunity to request changes and confirm the final wording.

Once everything is agreed, and the remaining balance is settled, we guide you through the final steps so your will can be signed and completed.

Support remains available right through to completion.

Careful review, not shortcuts

Fast Track is designed to be efficient, but it is never automated or unchecked.

Every set of instructions is read carefully and reviewed with professional judgement. If something is unclear, incomplete, or doesn’t quite work as intended, we pause and come back to you in writing to talk it through before anything is drafted.

That’s because clarity matters. Preparing important documents isn’t about speed for its own sake — it’s about making sure what’s put in place genuinely reflects your wishes and works properly in practice.

Fast Track simply removes unnecessary steps, not the care or attention given to your instructions.

Ready to move forward?

If Fast Track feels like the right fit, you can begin by submitting your instructions online. We’ll confirm the next steps and guide you through the process from there.

Flexibility built in — with space to review, adjust, and ask for support if needed.

  • Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to review your draft and request changes before anything is finalised.

If amendments are needed, we’ll make them and check that the final wording reflects your wishes clearly.

  • If, during review, it becomes clear that additional support or services are needed to properly meet your wishes, we’ll explain this clearly before anything proceeds.

You’ll always have the chance to decide how you’d like to move forward.

  • That’s absolutely fine. If you’d prefer more guidance or discussion at any point, we can talk through the options and agree the best way to continue.

Fast Track doesn’t lock you into a single way of working.

  • In most Fast Track matters, no meeting is needed.

If discussion would be helpful to clarify something, we’ll let you know and agree next steps with you.

  • Fast Track works best for people who already have a clear sense of what they want to put in place.

If you’re unsure, or would value more discussion before deciding, another option may be a better fit — and we’re happy to help you choose.
