The idea
Simple workplace support on planning ahead
Many employees know they should think about wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney or putting plans in place for their family, but it is often something that gets delayed.
Elephant Legal at Work is intended to make that first step easier, by offering workplace-friendly sessions and resources that explain the key issues in plain English.
The aim is not to pressure employees into becoming clients. It is to help people understand why planning ahead matters, what options are available, and where they can get further support if they need it.

In development
Early conversations are welcome
Elephant Legal at Work is currently being developed with local employers in mind. Early conversations are welcome, particularly with organisations that would like to explore whether a workplace session, webinar or employee information resource could be useful for their staff.
The offer can develop gradually, from a simple conversation or one-off session through to a more structured employee support arrangement where appropriate.
