Wills for Two – Supported Will Instructions
Section 6 of 9 — Executors
In this section, we ask you to tell us who you would like to appoint as executor(s) of your Wills.
An executor is the person (or people) responsible for carrying out your wishes after your death. This can include dealing with paperwork, settling debts, and distributing your estate.
Many couples choose to appoint the same executors, but you can name different people if you prefer.
You do not need to decide this fully at this stage. We will go through this with you and can help you consider your options if needed.
This section simply records your current intentions.
Taking a break
You can complete this form at your own pace. Each section is submitted separately, so once a section has been submitted your information has been safely received.
If you need to pause, you can return later using the same link you used to access the form. When you return, simply continue from the section you were working on.
