Section 3 of 9 — People connected to you
In this section, please list the people who are part of your immediate family or anyone who may be relevant when preparing your Wills.
This may include people connected to either of you, or to both of you.
This might include, for example:
children (including adult children or children from previous relationships)
a current or former partner
step-children
anyone who relies on either of you financially or for care
You may also include a charity or organisation if it is relevant to your wishes. If you do, please enter the name of the charity or organisation in the Full Name box and write organisation in the Relationship box.
These are examples only — you do not need to include everyone.
If you are unsure whether someone should be included, it is fine to include them and make a short note, or leave this section for now. We can go through this with you later if needed.
If this section does not apply to you, you can simply leave the boxes blank and continue.
You can list up to six people below. If fewer people apply, simply leave the remaining spaces blank.
