Wills for Two – Fast Track Will Instructions

Section 4 of 9 — Guardianship

In this section, we ask a small number of questions to help us understand whether guardianship may need to be addressed in your Wills, who it would relate to, and who you might wish to name.

This section applies to both of you jointly and is usually relevant where you have children under 18.

If anything is unclear, we will confirm it with you before drafting.

Completing this section does not decide whether a guardianship clause will apply. That will depend on your circumstances and can be discussed with you later.

It is common to name both a primary guardian and an alternative guardian in case the first person is unable to act.

Taking a break

You can complete this form at your own pace. Each section is submitted separately, so once a section has been submitted your information has been safely received.

If you need to pause, you can return later using the same link you used to access the form. When you return, simply continue from the section you were working on.
