Wills for One – Supported Will Instructions

Section 6 of 9 — Executors

In this section, we ask you to tell us who you might wish to appoint as executor(s) of your Will.

An executor is the person (or people) responsible for carrying out your wishes after your death. This can include dealing with paperwork, settling debts, and distributing your estate.

Many people appoint one or two executors, but there is no requirement to decide this now. If you are unsure, you can include a name or make a note — we can talk this through with you.

This section helps us understand your current thinking.
