Section 3 of 9 — People connected to you
In this section, please list the people who are part of your immediate family or anyone who may be relevant when preparing your Will.
This might include, for example:
children (including adult children or children from previous relationships)
a current or former partner
step-children
anyone who relies on you financially or for care
You may also include a charity or organisation if it is relevant to your wishes. If you do, please enter the name of the charity or organisation in the Full Name box and write organisation in the Relationship to you box.
These are examples only. You do not need to include everyone you know.
If you are unsure whether someone should be included, it is fine to include them and make a short note, or leave this section for now.
If this section does not apply to you, you can simply leave the boxes blank and continue to the next section.
You can list up to six people below. If fewer people apply to you, simply leave the remaining spaces blank.
