Pre-intake guidance

(You do not need to read or use this to complete the form)

This short note is here to help you feel more comfortable before you begin. You can skip it entirely if you prefer.

This form is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers. It’s simply a way for us to understand your situation so we can talk things through properly later.

You do not need to have everything worked out.

It’s very common to feel unsure when thinking about a Will. Many people are unclear about family arrangements, finances, or what they want to happen in the future. That’s normal.

If you don’t know an answer, you can:

  • leave it blank

  • give a rough idea

  • make a brief note saying you’re unsure

We can clarify things with you later.

This form is about information, not decisions.

You are not being asked to make final choices here. You are not committing to wording, percentages, or legal outcomes.

Think of this form as a place to note what exists and what feels important to you right now — even if it’s only a starting point.

It’s fine to be approximate.

You do not need exact figures, full names, or perfect details. Estimates and general descriptions are enough at this stage.

If something feels relevant but you don’t have the details to hand, you can still include it.

You can take your time.

You don’t have to complete the form in one go. You can pause, come back to it, or skip sections that don’t feel relevant to you right now.

Some sections may not apply to your current circumstances, and that’s okay.

If something changes later, that’s expected.

It’s very common for people to think of additional information after completing the form. If that happens, you can share it with us when we’re in touch.

You don’t need to get everything “right” today.
