Thank you for choosing Elephant Legal to help prepare your Letter of Wishes. This questionnaire gathers the information needed to create a document that reflects your personal wishes and gives useful guidance to your executors, trustees and family.
Before you begin
A Letter of Wishes sits alongside your Will. It does not replace your Will and is not legally binding, but it can help explain your decisions, provide practical guidance and make your intentions easier for others to understand.
Only questions relevant to your circumstances will appear. You do not need to have every detail decided before you start. Where you are unsure, you can say so, and anything requiring further discussion can be dealt with before your Letter of Wishes is finalised.
Please do not enter passwords, PINs, security codes, recovery details or other confidential access information into the questionnaire.

The questionnaire opens on Tally, an independent online form provider based in Belgium. Elephant Legal uses Tally to collect your answers in a structured and secure way.
European data storage
Tally states that form data is stored in Europe and that it complies with the European GDPR framework.
Encrypted information
Tally states that form data is encrypted while it is being sent and while it is stored.
Used for your service
Elephant Legal remains responsible for the information collected and will use your answers to provide the service you have requested.
No passwords required
You should not enter account passwords, PINs, security codes or other access credentials anywhere in the questionnaire.
